My ideal work place setting and culture.

When it comes to going to work and being able to do your day job, it can lead to being either a good day or a bad day. Depending on what happens when you are at a different place such as a facility building with many people and many of the same type of people. Depending on which department you work in, you can get a feel for the atmosphere. When people start becoming agressive during a situation, some things can get out of sync. I always find it best to just go with the flow of things and adding creativity.

I prefer being at a very comfortable work setting with a relaxed atmosphere. Where people are always friendly and always willing to help out. Everyone smiles at you and talks intelligently with you where ever you go in the work facility. As always the work place should be a relaxed atmosphere with friendly and caring people that love their job. If you don't love your job, then you can always find a solution for an improvement.
